When I called to OMC Mortgage, I spoke with Vince. He sounded professional and his rate was lower than 6 other offices that I spoke with, so I made an appointment to talk in person. I like how his conference room has a big screen that is connected to his laptop so clients can see the information related to the refinance process. Vince didn’t waste our time, he went straight to the point. He was thorough and made sure all the fees were in writing. After the 1st meeting, we decided to do our cash out refinance with Vince. Throughout the whole process, he updated me daily. I like that because I don’t like to be left in the dark. The whole process from the day he submitted our application to the day we were funded was only 2 and a half weeks. We are very pleased with Vince’s services. I would definitely recommend him to relatives and friends because I know they will not be disappointed.
